Woodthorpe 'A' prevented Mapperley Park men's team getting promotion from division 2, with a close fought win, that means Mapperley Park are resigned to another season in the winter league division 2. Woodthorpe's win however, ensures that they retain their division 2 status, with Keyworth and Attenborough relegated.
In division 3, Boots 'A' completed their season with a home loss to D.L. West Bridgford, who remain unbeaten. David Lloyd's last match against Caunton will decide the promotion issues for this division.
Southwell have put themselves in a good position for promotion from division 5A, with a close win at home against Burton Joyce 'A', who could also gain promotion with their first team, if Southwell slip up in their last match against the already relegated Bingham 'A'.
In division 6B, Attenborough 'C' could still be promoted, following an away win at Farnsfield 'B'. Teenagers Matt Holland and Richard Pleas performed well with 23 games, but were out scored by veterans Graham Whittacker and Martin Davies with 24 games.
